For the more complex present and even more complex future, we need more complex consciousness for awareness, perceiving, and sense making. The vertical development of our consciousness forms the basis for the possibility of being able to do so. One of the drivers of our vertical growth is seeing and understanding our hidden inner dynamics among parts of self. A technique of 3D mapping and structured constellations can facilitate a dialogue which may bring deeper insights in the way we construct ourselves.
The session aims to offer several practical exercises supporting the dialogue with self. The session will start with the introduction of the context and interconnection among vertical development, dialogical practice, and systemic structural constellations. Then a case study will take place, which will demonstrate the use of structured constellations for reflective dialogue with parts of self. We will discuss how the focus and form of dialogue change in relevance to vertical development stages. After the demonstration we will have the opportunity to experiment with practical application in groups. Subsequently, we will present further possibilities of structuring the constellations for dialogue.
Roman Chudoba is primarily, he is involved in people development concerning leadership skills, vertical growth, and strategic thinking as a coach and facilitator. As a consultant and facilitator, he co-operates in the preparation and facilitation of meetings, focusing on organisational development and development of team capacities. He works with individuals, teams, groups, and executive teams. His preferred style of delivery is based on dialogic practice and action learning. Over his 20+ years in the field, he delivered more 1,000 training days and for his 10+ years of coaching 2,400 direct contact hours. Since 2017 he is an external lecturer at the Department of Adult Education and Personnel Management at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. He teaches a course on Coaching and Mentoring for Organisational Development. As a Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer, and Coach, he has participated in many projects, organisational interventions, and developmental programmes creating concepts, strategies. He has been involved in delivery in companies, including the following: Raiffeisenbank, Société Générale Komerční Banka, Wüstenrot, Erste, Provident, Sony, Czech Savings Bank, Ness, ČEZ, Bayer, Deloitte, SKODA AUTO, HP Enterprises, Oracle, Cisco, The General Staff of the Army of the Czech Republic, Police of the Czech Republic.
Roman is an EMCC accredited coach (EIA) at Senior Practitioner level and is a volunteer member of the EMCC Czech Republic board.
