Session

We face a challenging time as a human race. It would be easy to become despondent, but there is a great opportunity to re-examine how we live and find a way of creating a more fulfilling future. If coaching is about raising awareness and being the best version of ourselves it stands to reason that coaches potentially have a significant contribution to make in terms of supporting individuals and organisations to consider the current reality and create lasting change.

In this closing keynote we will share some of the debate so far, particularly around climate change, introduce some of the ethical dilemmas, and share practical models to help coaches and mentors work through how they find their balance and place.
