Session

As W. Edwards Deming said ‘It’s not necessary to change – your survival is not mandatory’. What do we prefer then? To keep doing what we have always done and play catch up with our future, facing it from a step behind. Or thinking about innovation, moving away from facing our future, to shaping it? How to do that then? How to truly create culture of innovation within organisations where all innovation can happen, from human to technological?

In this session we explore a framework to assist the emergence of innovation culture within organisations and explore:

  • Two key elements of culture of innovation, self-leadership, and trust
  • A quadrant model of culture of innovation
  • An easy to apply framework leveraging from coaching
  • And lastly, a moment of reflection on how to integrate this new information into your own practice.

This information will prove useful (and not just as the world looks deeper on how to rethink our economies, business model, and relationship to work) but in how we are all going to help shaping the future of work, as much as the future of education, our societies and our culture.
